Lets Get More Sales

Big businesses employ people to focus on areas of their business that might make a difference of 0.1% in a year, but because they have revenues in the billions that benefit is worthwhile.

For smaller businesses the one area that usually makes all the difference is to increase Sales.

Saving 25% on your utilities bills will not make the difference 25% increase in sales will, so focussing in the right area will transform your business.

Hi, My name is Neil Kilbey,

I believe that being in business for yourself is a philosophically different state of being compared to an employee (that includes directors). It is like the difference between a child, who is concerned about themselves, and an adult who is concerned about the whole family.

It is closer to the way our minds and bodies work in nature rather than the artificial environment in a job. You are more alert, alive and in tune with the world, because you have to respond to real situations not just one element of the business.

This makes you very different from those around you and that means you need different input and feedback.

It also means you have to deal with a lot more information, responsibilities and make more decisions and those decisions will have impacts on multiple areas and people who will not like you because of it. This can lead to overwhelm.

I have been on board in corporations, have an MBA from top school, accountancy qualifications, and I have also built businesses from scratch, so I know the difference.

Accountants, MBAs, Consultants tend to have a big business attitude, they do not understand the constraints of smaller businesses and offer solutions that can not realistically be implemented or do not make the difference required.

That is what I am here for, to help you run your business not let it run you.
